AMBROSE FERBER got his start in theatre as an injured boy in Commedia dell'Arte when he was five and has since played such parts as Jack Worthing in The Importance of Being Earnest, John Jasper in The Mystery of Edwin Drood, and John Hancock in 1776. Ambrose made his OpenStage debut as Pablo Picasso in Picasso at the Lapin Agile and some of his other roles include Barnette Lloyd in Crimes of the Heart, Lucas in Laughter on the 23rd Floor, Lawrence Redding in Murder at the Vicarage, and Miles in The Drawer Boy. He got to swing steel as Douglas in Henry IV, Part 1; going on to serve as the fight captain, lead fighter, fight trainer and fight director in a number of shows, including Romeo and Juliet, Les Miserables, Extremities, Cyrano, and Macbeth. Ambrose can be seen in the feature film Eyeborgs (www.eyeborgs.com) and occasionally as a cop or DEA Agent on television. He currently lives in Santa Fe, New Mexico, with his wife, Bex, and their daughters, Fiona and Chloe.
