Jen Pan (she/they) is a stage combatant, martial artist, movement enthusiast, teacher, fight and intimacy director, and occasional creative.

As a former theatrical technical crew member (stage management, technical direction, and lighting and set design), Jen believes there is a place for stage combatants who don't have an acting or theatre background. Jen is an advocate of lifelong learning, creating learning spaces for underrepresented minorities, intimacy and consent work, pedagogy, and having greater BIPOC and LGBTQ+ representation in the arts.

She, with Joe Wright, is a co-founder and instructor of Theatrica Gladiatoria (www.fightglad.com), a year-round stage combat academy, in Ypsilanti, MI. They are also a co-founder and co-coordinator of Mitten Mayhem Stage Combat Workshop (www.mittenmayhem.com).
