What is an Actor Combatant and how do I become one?

Actor Combatants are active SAFD members who have passed Skills Proficiency Tests in at least three SAFD disciplines: 1) Unarmed, 2) either Single Sword or Rapier & Dagger, and 3) any other discipline.
